krok 2:

step 3:

  if there is no problem, we will start to produce large goods according to the confirmed samples. before production, the customer will pay 30% of the total amount of goods in advance.

step 4:

  based on the customer’s production quantity, an approximate production time will be evaluated. our general quotation does not include tax. if tax is required, please communicate in advance. generally, ordinary invoices are subject to 3% tax, while value-added tax invoices are subject to 10% tax. after the bulk production is completed, we will notify the customer that the goods can be shipped, and the customer will pay the remaining balance

1. the manufacturer’s supply is genuine

    all my sources are self-produced and self-supplied, and we can also produce drawings and samples according to customer requirements, customization, etc.!  

2. regarding size

&nbsp& nbsp& nbsp; we measure all dimensions manually, and the angle of measurement may vary, with a difference of about 2cm and a weight difference of 20%& nbsp;

3. about color

        generally, the color is white antique, which means to do the old effect. there will be a certain gap in the antique effect of each batch of goods. because antique is handmade and rubbed at will, the antique effect will not be as uniform as painting. i hope customers will not mistake it for the color difference.  

4. about customer service

5. regarding after-sales service

        the goods we sell are all in good condition, but due to the violent operation of individual personnel during sorting and transportation, if they are damaged, please don’t worry, you can contact us in time, and we will be responsible for handling them until we solve the problem for you.

6. regarding shipment

   our delivery location is dongyang, zhejiang, currently with shentong and aneng docking cooperation, generally small items will be sent to shentong, large goods will be sent to aneng, if special requirements, you can contact us.
